Our personalized flower-wall pieces are handcrafted and made with carefully sourced, high-quality materials. From exquisite hand-painted detail in the frame to the "real-to-touch" constructed roses, then completed with our finest laser-cut names, our pieces are diligently made with love.

All of our pieces come with installed hardware, screws, & a wall mounting template which assists our customers with hanging.
Pictured is 24”x 36”. Each frame is custom cut and hand painted. The detail in this specific frame includes three shades of paint that I blend and lightly finish with a gold shimmer. Please note, flower placement will vary as each piece is made to order.

Each piece includes "one" name. If you would like additional names please add them separately to your cart with a note of how you would like them placed.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns/Refund Policy:
As each piece is custom-made-to-order, all sales are respectfully final. If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact me within 15 days of your item being delivered. Thank you for understanding.
Damages:
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at contact@sgrz.design with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
SHIPPING INFO
In-store pickup:
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Sammamish, WA. After placing your order and selecting “local pickup” at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email with instructions when your order is ready.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are shipped via standard UPS and you will receive a tracking number once shipped. If you need expedited shipping please select expedited shipping during checkout. I will send you a confirmation email of notice of expediting and the ETA of delivery.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
SAFETY & LIABILITY
For safety ensure screws are installed properly and that your frame is 100% secured. Please do not hang in areas where damage or injury could occur if an object falls. *** Especially over cribs or where toddlers can pull off the wall. S.G.R.Z and the seller are not responsible for incorrect installation, improper use, or injury. Please contact me for proper installation if needed. You and your loved ones’ safety is most important.
